My wife and I had a 15-year old belt drive Lift Master garage door opener that we wanted replaced/upgraded. Haney Door Service quickly scheduled an appointment for us on Saturday, 12/14/19 between 12 to 2 pm. Dan showed up at 1PM to assess our door opener and any other issues that may need to be addressed with the door. We went with a new “Smart” Lift Master belt drive which has a DC motor. We also chose to replace all of the wheels that run on the door tracks that have ball bearings and an automatic deadbolt that engages automatically each time the door closes for security purposes. Dan also replaced one of the door springs per request. He did an awesome job in a very timely manner, very professional clean job with high quality parts. The door and opener are extremely quiet during operation and smooth as silk. He explained all the functions and walked us through loading the App on our phones and linked up our existing key pad on the exterior of the garage. He also replaced the standard light bulbs in the opener with LED bulbs for a few extra bucks, (work every penny to us). We are extremely happy with our new opener and the service we received from Haney Door service. We selected five stars because there isn’t a selection for six stars or more! We’ve used four other garage door companies in the Sacramento area over the last 20 years and these guys are the best.
