My wife and I had a 15-year old belt drive Lift Master garage door opener that we wanted replaced/upgraded. Haney Door Service quickly scheduled an appointment for us on Saturday, 12/14/19 between 12 to 2 pm. Dan showed up at 1PM to assess our door opener and any other issues that may need to be addressed with the door. We went with a new “Smart” Lift Master belt drive which has a DC motor. We also chose to replace all of the wheels that run on the door tracks that have ball bearings and an automatic deadbolt that engages automatically each time the door closes for security purposes. Dan also replaced one of the door springs per request. He did an awesome job in a very timely manner, very professional clean job with high quality parts. The door and opener are extremely quiet during operation and smooth as silk. He explained all the functions and walked us through loading the App on our phones and linked up our existing key pad on the exterior of the garage. He also replaced the standard light bulbs in the opener with LED bulbs for a few extra bucks, (work every penny to us). We are extremely happy with our new opener and the service we received from Haney Door service. We selected five stars because there isn’t a selection for six stars or more! We’ve used four other garage door companies in the Sacramento area over the last 20 years and these guys are the best.

These guys are the best! Great customer service, friendly and knowledgable, and really go the extra mile. We just had our door serviced when we moved into a new house a month or two ago. The tech was timely and efficient, walked me through a detailed assessment of the status of our door (it needs some love), and even stayed around after all his work was done to get the on-board door control in my car to pair with the ancient opener we have (I tried and failed multiple times at this). He gave me a quick lesson on how to do basic maintenance and didn’t try to ‘sell’ me anything we didn’t need. Our door is straight out of 1990, so even though we’ll need to buy a new one soon, it is now smooth and steady like an old man with a new pair of ergonomic shoes. Thanks Haney Door Service! Very satisfied with the level of service from Haney Doors! Danny was very professional; he explained everything about my garage door operation and needs without all of the high pressure sales tactics. Pricing was reviewed after a thorough needs assessment and that number did not increase from the intitial amount discussed. I appreciate that he listened to me, and only did what I needed. A big thank you to Dan for replacing our garage door opener and installing quiet rollers. We had issues with the old opener being super loud and sort of shaking the loft above. Dan responded very quickly and gave us a quote. He answered all our many questions and didn’t push us to hire him. It took him less than an hour to do the job and he made sure to remind us to call him if anything went wrong. Great family business and we would definitely recommend Haney Door Service.
